About Us

Our mission is to simplify compliance and empower financial institutions across Europe.

Qvonto is a Copenhagen-based fintech company that provides SaaS solutions for regulatory reporting in the financial sector. Our software automates financial institutions' reports, ensuring they comply with EU regulations.

We specialise in mandatory ESG disclosures under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and regulatory compliance for Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs).

Qvonto automates the production of SFDR reports, EET templates, PAIs, PRIIPs KIDs, EPT templates, EMT templates, and web disclosures. We provide reports in 24 languages, ensuring full consistency across languages and templates.

Using Qvonto, our clients have produced more than 25,000 documents and published thousands of regulatory reports without ever receiving a single remark from European authorities, achieving a 100% approval rate.

Our end-to-end solution includes integrated analytics, proxy and benchmark handling, controls and monitoring, and document publication. Onboarding is fast and guided by our regulatory specialists to ensure a smooth transition.

Our lean, automated solution reduces the time spent per report by approximately 90%*. It delivers the lowest price per document, reduces manual labor, ensures adherence to new regulations, and minimizes compliance risk.

We have partnered with the ESG data provider Matter, allowing us to create SFDR reports using their data and client inputs. We are partnering with PwC in Denmark and Belgium, allowing them to use Qvonto's software for their clients' regulatory reports.

We serve over 30 financial institutions in Europe, primarily in the Nordics, Benelux, and Switzerland.
